Gauge symmetry breaking in flux compactification with a Wilson-line scalar condensate

We discuss the gauge symmetry breaking of six dimensional theories in flux compactification with a magnetic background and constant vacuum expectation value (VEV) for scalar fields, which are zero modes extra spatial components field. Although effective potential fields known not to be generated classically radiatively only, one-loop is shown by effects non-zero VEV. As illustrations, we calculate SU(2) SU(3) Yang-Mills theories. In both cases, find that minimum located at VEV takes place.
